The interested couple must also arrange for a meeting with the pastor to determine if it is appropriate for them to be married at Mt. Carmel, and to arrange for pre-marital counseling. ·If it is a request for an outside Pastor to perform the ceremony that the Pastor of Mt. Carmel would have to ensure all requirements are met and approve the wedding.
