Children and Youth Services - has loads of resources and you can self-refer. CYS will come alongside a family that needs help even if there is no abuse/neglect/etc. And provide a caseworker. The case worker will drive them to resources and help them complete paperwork. 

Michael Moore – social worker at libraries in Beaver County (paid by Shell) – can help with case management. Rotates through the various libraries in the county and uses them to meet with people in need of help. Email: mmoore@beaverlibraries.org.
