Mt. Carmel Youth Ministry Program - High School

High School Sunday School:

The Senior High Sunday School class is stepping up in leadership this year by leading the opening program for the Childrens' classes. They are helping the children to better understand the stories through songs, skits, and games. We are spending some time preparing for this during Sunday School and spending the remaining time talking about how God wants to use us to be leaders in all areas of our lives. We will be exploring the gifts that God has given us and the calling He has placed on each one of us to put these gifts to use! This class is taught by Jessie Patouillet.

High School Youth Group:

We recently finished a series on the Fruits of the Spiritfrom Galatians 5. For the next several weeks we will be exploring the basics of our faith and hopefully encouraging the students to evaluate their own faith walk and answer for themselves the following questions:

- Who is the Holy Spirit?

- Why is reading Scripture so important?

- What does forgiveness really look like?

- How do I tell my friends about my faith?
