It’s time to kick off the Men’s Group - on every other Friday night starting on February 3 at 6:30PM. We agreed to continue with the book Radical. The men who went on the men’s retreat make sure they can find your book and if any one needs a book to contact Scott Riddle 724-561-4155 so I can get an idea of how many I will need to order, Thanks all Beth Moore Bible Study
Beth Moore Bible Study Group returns! We are gearing up for the next Beth Moore Bible Study for women here at Mt. Carmel. We will start March 7th (Wednesday) at 7:00PM in the fellowship hall. Sign-up in the Narthex or contact Mary Beth at 412-613-3222 or 412-441-9654 or mbethro68@msn.com. Approximate cost of the workbook is $15.00. We will be doing Beth's newest study entitled "James-Mercy Triumphs" which is 8 sessions long.

LADIES' RETREAT - On Saturday, March 24th from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., we will have a ladies retreat day here at Mt. Carmel. Kelly Knapp will be the speaker. The topic is in the works. AMP Mission Concert – a praise concert will be held at Mt. Carmel on Saturday 2/25/12 to bring together praise teams, congregations, and friends from the current Aliquippa Mission Programs (AMP) partners. The evening purposes are 1) joint worship with multiple area churches, 2) fellowship among AMP partner churches and organizations, and 3) promote current events and activities of AMP organizations. A free will offering will be taken, with all funds going to the Bike Program and current AMP projects. Rummage Sale
We will be setting up Saturday, March 3 and all week Monday to Thursday before the sale. Sale is Friday, March 9 9:00 to 5:00 and Saturday March 10 9:00 to 12:00.

The "Bike Messenger" program
This program will collect used bikes / parts and repair them for donation to people who need them (focusing on Aliquippa). We're also starting to talk to people from other churches & Aliquippa community groups - looking to partner with others interested in this program.
- Longer term vision - we'll have kids from the area work with us to build bikes for themselves and others.
So ..... you're all asked to start watching, and telling your friends to watch, for bikes and parts - we'll take them now.

Prayer Shawl Ministry
October 12th at 6:30 pm Anyone interested in learning to knit, crochet, quilt or sew, please let us know. Also, some cut and tie work, no skills required.
